    @angelk Honestly, no modern hypertrophy program will have as much volume as nSuns, and that’s okay! NSuns is a highly specific, and niche program designed to get you really strong. If you focused on hypertrophy, you will neeed to also develop a shift in mindset. Any of the programs you mentioned...

    Is this a good/optimal PPL workout split

    @billybob Push day is decent, add some lateral raises Put deadlift at the beginning of the pull day and biceps at the end. Add a lat pull open or pull ups to this day. Legs look decent, I would add RDL’s here.
