    I really don't like Squats, can I just do leg press instead?

    @heislove1980 Leg press is legit, especially if you do One-Leg style: https://www.muscleandfitness.com/workouts/leg-exercises/one-leg-leg-press/ I actually prefer one-leg on it as you don’t have to load as much weight.

    Suggestions to replace squats

    @prayingwife2015 There are modified squats you can do that don’t require dorsiflexion… but the safer method is to use the leg press machine if available - as you can position your feet to limit it.
