    @buckswordbearer Thrusters are terrible when you don’t have the mobility to get in the front rack. Which also makes c2b harder as well. So this workout just sucked for me.

    @thanhlam Burpees will always suck. You’ll just get faster at doing them which will make them suck more.

    Am I too heavy?

    @kutloello You’re only competing against yourself. Would you feel better being 12% instead of 16%? Then do some cutting. If not, just keep trucking along and doing what you’re doing.
