    @aftergodsheart If you're trying to lose weight the implication is you're trying to lose fat. Water weight fluctuations are not an accurate representation of you losing fat. I can go to bed dehydrated and wake up X lbs lighter but that isn't real weight loss. As soon as I become hydrated again...
