    I only want big arms. Not literally, I still am working out other muscle groups, but I want the biggest bulkiest arms. How do I get them?

    @lizlugo51 Experiment with an only-arm day. Train arms 3x a week. When you plan out your weekly routine add in biceps and triceps first, then see how other muscle groups fit in as well but start with arms and prioritize the recovery of arms over everything else

    Do you guys use any supplements?

    @dawn16 Most people during winter lack Vitamin D (at least where I live, I've just done my blood work and I do too.
