    Is sleep (or lack there of) getting in the way of my progress?

    @lilliandandy I have found that nutrition and sleep are way more of the battle than expected. Sleep may be an issue getting in the way of your progress. I basically stopped working out until I fixed my sleep schedule. Are you eating enough protein? That would be my other first guess.

    @uticus Specifically for July? I’m a counselor at a summer camp for the next 11 days. We are in the mountains/hills. I think my biggest goal is Do Not Die. While I’m here, I’d like to go to their gym and work out. I need to conquer my gym anxiety. I’m also building back into working out, so...

    Alternatives to 500 pound club?

    @crazythat No one tells Olympic lifters that they can only lift that much because of their size, and they generally are not small, delicately boned people. Keep going, keep lifting!
