    @livingme7 Yea did two sessions - Overall I have to say posing is the hardest thing about the prep Trying to stand and think about how you should hold your upper body and then thinking ‘oh crap my hamstrings aren’t showing’ Engaging the hamstrings / glutes on my back shots is my weakest atm...
