    @whitehorse We had a workout years ago where I shit you not, half the gym cried. It was just absolutely demoralizing and awful at the time. We laugh about it now. Crying is totally normal, I promise!

    Ugh. Didn’t complete the scaled version and feel like a failure

    @ilovejesus56129 This was a burpee workout, not a db snatch workout. The db weight was pretty immaterial overall. You did the hardest parts unscaled and did a fantastic job. Well done.

    @lifeunlocked Women use a 15kg bar in Olympic weightlifting. It's not just lighter, it's also smaller around in diameter and easier to hold if your hands are smaller. It's completely legit to use it all of the time. Great work with all of your progress!
