    @10101212 I would start by spreading your protein into smaller amounts of protein throughout the day. Also, can you give an example of what you’re eating? It might make a difference for how you approach it. I wouldn’t do the shakes, it sounds like you’re not trying to lower overall calories...

    @petermushk Verified that it’s bonkers….im 5’3”, 140ish, 27.5in waist and wear a size 6 in most brands. Another thing ks that size varies so much that I generally just wear what fits best so sometimes that means going way up or down from my usual size

    @topolski18 Yeah, again, a lot of it has to do with how much you sweat and the composition. I don’t sweat a ton, but my sweat runs very very salty. So far it’s working for me.
