    @sisi This was me two years ago: 80kg cut to 65kg in 6 month: I just don't think the 80kg me was a good look. But you are probably right, i should eat more. I currentmy eat 3700kcals. When i got to 80kg i was eating 4000 kcals

    @blackshire Thanks, yeah i think 90kg is an ideal wheighy for me. Really want to reach that without being 20+ bodyfat%

    @surfing_australian Sorry i TOTALLY forgot but for the first 1.5 years i was training full body split. Than after that it was a upper/lower moxed with ppl for three time as week. But you think simce last year and onwards, training 5 days a week i should be getting better progress?
