    @bjeke That’s actually what I do currently but I didn’t know that it had a name I do it like that just because body weight pull-ups feel a lot lighter after using weights

    @sbvd I can do around 10-12 pull-ups with good form on a good day. I can do 5-6 weighted pull-ups with 30 lbs and 1-2 with 44 lbs.
