    @chaplain777 Melons, it's because I ate some warm melons left out as a kid and it made me sick. Since then I can't get past that memory to eat them, especially cantaloupe.

    Having surgery and can’t exercise for up to 2 weeks

    @markfred Eat at maintenance caloric intake, reach your protein and water goals but make sure your body is getting the rest it needs to repair itself.
