    @sanhen143 Or, you can even gain weight (muscle) and look skinnier. Weight is important, especially for certain medical situation (for example drug dosage, or extreme under or overweight) but otherwise body composition is much more telling about a person's health and fitness.

    @shaunf I'm so happy you posted this! I'm 5'11 as well, and went from 150lbs to 157-160lbs within a year with tons of weight training. And I still question if I'm lean enough.     @thehindubrahmin My weight freaks me out! I’m 5’11, and athletic, I always feel too big, even though I’m around size 8. So years ago I stopped with the scale and go based on clothes.

    @goldladyslipper Same here! I always had thick arms, and once I started IF and lost more body fat in general then my arm slimmed down too.

    I’ve lost 80 lbs, and started resistance training about 3 months ago. The difference since beginning to lift weights astounds me!
