    Here’s body fat percentage results for someone who has never worked out

    @patrick1975 Ahh, me too! I started at 32% in January (5’9”, 138lbs) and thought my body fat would plummet when I started lifting. Hahaha. After 6 months it’s now at 30 - managed to get it down to 28 but if I stop paying attention to diet it jumps back up. It’s all a LOT slower than I thought...
