    @cyberprince You have to get through the first 5 rounds and one set of heavy thrusters before you have to worry about pullups. Not saying that you can't, but it's not going to be a cakewalk.

    @patrick1975 It's not either. It's jumping chest to bar (scaled from reg C2B) 1st 5 rounds, then chin over bar pullups (scaled from BMU) 2nd 5 rounds.

    @lex123 I'm late in replying, but the chin-over-bar pullup is clearly meant to be a separator for the scaled athletes, just like the bar muscle up is meant to be a separator for the RX athletes. Just because it's a scaled version doesn't imply that it is required to be accessible for everyone...

    @lex123 What doesn't track? A jumping C2B is an easier version of a C2B. A regular Chin-over-bar pull-up is an easier version of a BMU, but harder than a jumping C2B. Lighter weight on the thruster. If that's still out of reach, try Foundations.
