    @invisisole The most aesthetic guy at the gym gave me these workouts. I’ve never seen an 18 year old so buff but also toned, these workouts obviously worked for him too

    @leena2016 Interesting. Honestly how would I know if I’m just the regular sore/pumped or flat out inflamed?
