    @mary57 In the beginning, yes. After 2 hrs in gym, I used to be deadass tired. It's their business tactics. They would give you lucrative 6 months or 1 year plans. If you fall for it (I did),they would force you to follow such a dogshit routine and make you quit in a few days.

    @suamaytinh5s Any supplement with 10K daily dosage would you recommend? Also, since my vitd isn't that low, would 2k or 5k daily dosage would do?

    @ubutyf I didn't go to any doctor. I just got that report. For your case, it's actually very low. Please visit a doctor ASAP

    @bnnewsome013 My Hemoglobin or Creatinine levels are fine. Magnesium, I have forgotten to test (lol), but anyway I plan to take Magnesium for better sleep

    @bnnewsome013 Surprisingly, my serum calcium levels are within range (9.7mg/dl)..so just need to fix vit d levels, right?
