    @tri21mom I definitely agree that it’s been too short of a time period. I’m just stressing and overthinking the number on the scale on the day-to-day. Now that I’ve been reading replies I have been relieved of my stress in regards to my weight. I’ll be averaging soon, thanks for the help

    @kagenonikki I haven’t checked my average, but I’ll start doing it this week. If I notice anything that isn’t suggesting that I’m in a deficit I will definitely be switching up my prep.

    @miryamshoresh Didn’t think about this. I’ll definitely wake up and weigh myself asap. I usually don’t have to use the bathroom until after eating my morning protein oats, so I’ll be figuring out a way to make myself go before I eat.

    @increasinglygrateful I always weigh myself after a workout, as by the time I actually get started with my workout I have pooped 3 times and usually pee twice during workouts. (TMI but IDC)

    @increasinglygrateful I didn’t think water would make for this fluctuation, but it could be the culprit. I increased my water intake from half a gallon up to 1 gallon and 16oz, as it’s been keeping me hydrated. I try to sweat hard during workouts, but don’t sweat too crazy during spring, but...
