I am a personal trainer with 6 years of experience and have been a vegan for the past 5. I'm here to help, ask me anything

@extraneous Thanks for the reply! I almost changed career paths in uni but didn't like the idea of self-promotion either. My brother in law took the plunge to change careers about two years ago though and has been really thriving.

When are we actually going to start talking fitness?

@jonathanxr Gonna go against the grain here and say that I think people posting their successful fitness results with commentary on how long they have been vegan is (1) motivating for people like me who aren't where they want to be yet and (2) excellent marketing for people who are not yet vegan...

When are we actually going to start talking fitness?

@scorcher007 Yeah I can understand that kind of stuff, which is why I didn't call it out. But it still doesn't address my criticism that if you want to see that content why not ask for it or create it yourself?

When are we actually going to start talking fitness?

@scorcher007 I don't understand this kind of thinking. If that's what you wanted to see but you don't see it, why not get it started? Or at least ask questions? The thing about workouts though is that they don't change just because you're vegan. So I don't see a point in making this sub focused...
