    How do y'all do KB swings and Heavy weight training?

    @rswembraced I've been doing a 4-day legs+pull / push split lately. Double cleans at the start of legs+pull day, swings at the start of push day. And on the 5th day, just snatches. Swings, cleans, snatches are power/ballistic moves, so AFAIK its best to do them fresh, at the beginning of workouts.

    Is S&S really enough? Read mor for context. Im pretty new to this fitness thing

    @mr_loevinger For getting started and building the habit of working out, S&S worked for me. I went 16-20-24 kg (heaviest I could find at the time), with pushups and goblet squats added. Is it a two-exercise miracle cure-all take-all-comers perfect program? No, but it's a good and reasonable...
