    @truthnotfiction I ran a half marathon last summer, the only running I did was in wods at class. I finished just under 2 hours and was thrilled with it.

    There are tons of good ropes out there and absolutely no reason to drop 200+ CAD on a jump rope.

    @faithfullyfit I’m still using my Rogue SR1 from 2016. I got 741 on 24.2 and I can confidently say that the doubles were not holding me back, more so my lack of fitness and lazy transitions.
