    @fandoumi1 Hmmm, I guess you're right. I'd still prefer probably like at least 10 sets for back though, twice a week, personally.

    @becknps So I'm going to the gym, doing cable back row x3 and one arm rows x3 or x3 pulldowns and then going home? Uuum....um no. And yes, I push all my sets hard and to failure and if not very close, before you say anything.
