    @rkenoke Working on achieving the same reps as you. In the time you did this is really inspiring. Can you tell if just calorie deficit with RR is enough for weight loss or cardio is necessary? And do you really need a very high protein diet, I currently take about 60g protein (90 recommended).

    @kevin9626 I knew the benefits but never had Chia seeds maybe because it's not easily available here and it's price. I will try if I can include it.

    @kevin9626 Thanks for giving some insight on your diet. As you said, the budget can come in the way, so I am gonna have to eat some good cheap high protein stuff. It will definitely help me a lot in achieving my goals. And also good luck on achieving yours.

    @kevin9626 Hey, I have similare aspects and goals atm. Have you made any changes in the diet for gaining good muscles?

    @this_dot I have seen mostly that you have to keep the scapulas abducted (protracted) during plank. Am I getting something wrong here?

    @coconut23 Many people rate hollow body holds very highly. Aren't they good enough to strenghten the core? I also heard that they are good to avoid any spinal injuries.
