@gm0nkx Because most health coaches really aren't that useful Orr know their stuff. Just start learning and do it yourself?
On a side note I do have a weightlifting coach but she really knows her stuff to a different level.
@basicsacademy I just eat breakfast and lunch only when dieting. I don't even look at the Cal's when you only eat 2x a day and 50% of your intake is protein it's hard to go wrong.
Normally 1000 cal breakfast and 2000 calorie eyeballing it...
@kim2116 100g is a good breakfast. Like 8 eggs on toast. 2 acoop protein powder and milk. Can make it 8 eggs + tuna omlette if you want 150g breakfast.
