    @musichub This is a great goal. Realizing I need 60 minutes a day of cardio has been key to a happy adult life I set my weekly garmin activity goal to 600 minutes, I hit it almost every week, usually 750ish (garmin counts intense activity as 2x)

    @porcelainrose Self care includes getting needed things done. Do your taxes, clean a closet, get your will updated, catch up on vision and dental appointments.... adulty things like that are all self care and can give you a sense of accomplishment. A walk outside is also self care. Fresh air ...

    Incline walking- how much should I be doing?

    @godsgraceisenough2013 10 is aggressive. 6 is usually my max, and that is rare. Your workout sounds challenging - just maybe mix it up? The Peloton app has walking workouts - hiking, hills, power walk, walk/run, etc

    @nisa I don’t have a video, but my favorite stretch is done lying on my back with my foam roller along my spine (for support, not to roll) and I do snow angel movements. My shoulders drop down toward the floor as the muscles loosen.

    @nisa I have something similar. I can counter it by doing chest muscle stretches every day. Really work to get the picks and upper front muscles to release.
