@katty143 Ahh, I’m in northwest WA too! I love all the walking trails and feel like I could hit this just on trails (if I had the time and energy of course 😅) nice job!
@kairyudo 1700 for your height/weight/activity level sounds really low. How have you been feeling? Adding some nuts to your snack of a fruit can add some protein.
@jonhodge Static stretching is kind of pointless but foam rolling is so good for you! Even just 1-2 minutes at a time!
Coming from the girl who owns 4 types of foam rollers and uses one every other day for 30 seconds 😂
@notpaige Sort of! I work part time at a running specialty store and I recently got my doctorate in physical therapy. As a runner, I love being able to help fellow runners and athletes and promote a healthy lifestyle 😀
@brianhex I stopped doing almost all arm exercises last year (except for the odd set of standing row every other week) and then complain about how skinny/noodley my arms are. Wonder why! 🙄
