    should i get a lifting belt?

    @lewlew222 This is the exact conversation this topic always makes me hope for. A belt just to strap on tight isnt worth it, a strap with some knowledge about bracing, total game changer.

    @vivekanandshastri My humble advice as a big guy who had a similar journey is stop making it so complicated. Eat less calories, dont worry about the macros as ling as its healthy food and do the exercise that you enjoy the most and can stay consistent with. People fail from being overwhelmed.

    Says here that the farmer’s carry is a full-body workout. Can I just do farmer’s carries every day?

    @dinneratsix What is your goal with exercise. Everyday farmers carry with a progressive overload will certainly do something. It will not build your cardio or cause hypertrophy. It will make you strong as hell in the farmers carry and build killer grip strength.
