    Easy ways to add protein to my diet?

    @rubertnrubert I would eat lots of nooch, hemp seeds, soy. I would avoid protein isolates, and instead opt for powdered nut butters. 180 cals of almond butter powder has 24 g protein. 1 ingredient, blanched almonds.

    Doctor said being vegan will kill me and if I wanna be healthy then I need to eat meat again :(

    @happywifehappylife In addition to the other comments, try to avoid coffee/tea/chocolate when you eat meals. Wait at least 1 hr before and after. Also have a vitamin c rich food(kiwi, strawberries) with meals.

    Protein options for a returning vegan with food allergies

    @benabbe Would def recommend fermented protein powders, in particular pea proteins or any that still have some fiber. Genuine Health makes some good fermented powders. I would like to add amaranth as another grain. Complete protein, awesome.
