    Walkers in the house!!!!

@kingjamesversionbibleonly A few years ago I lost about 50lbs with walking and calorie counting. And then one day I tried to get some steps in real quick so I started jogging on a treadmill... and ended up jogging for 7 miles. I think walking is really good! Big fan.

Lifting is a women's bestfriend for getting toned. (-5lbs, 19.5% bodyfat)

@christianwithhope Interesting! I try to stay more on the vegan side of things, but it’s super helpful to see your calorie counts! I’d love to see the protein bar recipe!

    5’8” 148 lb, ladies what’s your tdee?

@hester708 It’s not terrible, to be sure, which is why I’m probably not trying as hard as I should be. But my cute clothes are all a size smaller, and backpacking feels better with a little less mass. I’ve got two longer hikes coming up this summer, so maybe that’ll take care of the problem...

    5’8” 148 lb, ladies what’s your tdee?

@hester708 5’9, 150, and I’m in the 1300s to cut 2lbs/week, but I haven’t been able to stay that low consistently. I’m at 1500 now and either I’m cheating more than I think or I’m metabolically screwed. Gym 3ish days a week, generally 25 miles backpacking on weekends.

@christianwithhope Wow! Can you post a little more on your diet/fast? I’m the same height as you and haven’t settled into a good eating plan yet.

@christianwithhope Do you choose certain days to fast? Are you drinking only water, or do you still have coffee? Edit: saw your answer re: days in another reply!
