    What are your go to meals when cutting?

    Ive decided to begin with a cut despite my long term goals being increased muscle mass. I'm 5' 8" ~140lbs but body fat is likely (~15%). My macros are 112g P -- 168g C -- 40g F for a total of 1485cals. Im wondering what are your go to foods to keep Protein high and Carbs/Fat pretty low :)
