    @icemasterpt Nice work. Thank you very much for it. I just start tracking and planning my workouts and this helps a lot. Any tips on how I enter it when I progress in an exercise? For example: Week 2->3 - Incline rows -> Horizontal rows. At the moment I just change it on the workout planner...
