    I’m confused about protein… 🫤

    @cdlara381 Hey, I'm in your same boat and struggling to get over 60g of protein per day. I aim for around 1800 calories per day. I have been trying to really focus on at least 35g of fiber, and 80 g of protein. Fiber is no problem, but protein is so hard! I can't do it without protein powder...

    I was promised endorphins

    @davidnunes213 I agree. While in general I feel that my overall energy has improved in the months that I've been lifting and focusing on diet, I don't get endorphin bursts. That only ever happened when I was a runner 15 years ago (until I tore an ankle tendon :( ).

    How do you get enough protein?

    @aptiv245 I have just discovered the wonders of tofu coated in soy sauce, nooch, and rotisserie chicken seasoning. Air fry at 400 for 13 min and omg it's so good. Just made a giant batch today for the week. I use 2tbsp of nooch per tofu block, and use super firm tofu, to max the protein.

    Dr. Gregor says not to consume over 25 grams of soy protein per day. What are your thoughts?

    @gianghomobile Exactly - his books are called "How Not to Die" for a reason. I really appreciate his research and dedication to facts, but just like everything else in life, context matters as does personal preference.
