    Does anybody else have a certain weight that they get stuck on and it's so hard to break below? How do I get past it?

    @dawn16 I go through phases where I eat this way by accident/naturally because of appetite issues and medication that I take, but I've also noticed it can cause me to break plateaus. I always call it "cellular confusion" which is a joke I stole from Broad City.
