    Morbidly obese where to start

    @dawn16 Agree I started walking 1 to 2hr a day and lost 30lbs in 3 months. That's 1/3 of my target loss.

    How do I get to 15k-20k steps a day with a full time job ?

    @happilyretired I walk during meetings when I know I only need to listen. Have it on my phone.
