    This was earlier in the yr when we were under a real lockdown, and I’m in the USA. There’s a gym in my area that told all its members they officially closed but that members could still come work out at certain times—like morning and night when the sun is not out. They have to park in the back...

    @harrantion Remember you are only doing it for you. Realistically, some people will be impressed and some will not. Most will not give your numbers a second thought tbh

    @hawleyray Yes!!! This 💯 If you lift a lot w bad form im watching in horror, but a lift with good form is impressive no matter the weight. And if you can do a lift w good form you know you have the potential to go higher safely

    @najah7791 I have really tight hamstrings and have always had really tight hip flexors, so maybe that’s it. Worth looking into

    @bradleyfarm Yes! Actually I have done that before and it really helped. Also, I can do sumo deadlifts without too much trouble
