@dawn16 It will be more so when I try it on rings but in this I've got the strap in a half hitch around my wrist. It tears your skin up but it means that you can drop out of things and stay hanging there without concern.
@fromgenesistorevelation I'm wanting to slow it down but I don't quite have the shoulder mobility to roll right through. Who am I kidding I don't have anywhere near that shoulder mobility. Now I need to get it going forwards.
@groo101 Continuing my thread of fucking around on straps, I figured out how to get back flips this week. Straps back flips:
The first few times are pretty disconcerting in that I thought I might pop a shoulder out but everything went ok.
@abcdeg I freaking love Sally up. One of the girls I perform with in the circus got us doing it every night after show. When you first try it it's certainly a nightmare but gets easier. You can do it with dips pretty easily too
@fromgenesistorevelation Youre absolutely right, the limited flex of canes is so helpful, although how helpful varies depending on the length and thickness of the canes. The shape and angle of the blocks on top also makes a big difference not only in reducing the need for wrist flexibility but...
