    Can’t do a single pushup

    @fjdajfkldajkbfejfnsiqn That could be a part of the issue. Sleep is probably the most important part of life in general, let alone muscle/strength gains. Sleep > Diet > Training. If you can, you should try to see a physio or a PT.
