    @demetria I use the vanilla Trader Joe's brand mixed with vanilla almond milk and a tablespoon of cocoa powder (~170 calories, 20g protein). It's my post-run meal every time, seems to be doing fine. You could probably also mix it in some oatmeal, but I haven't tried that yet.

    @demetria The whey protein powder was causing me grief, so I switched to a vegan pea protein powder that is super awesome if you're ever looking for more options!
