Electrolyte mix for long training sessions - Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium pills, Eggshells to make electrolyte drink

@leao I'm not sure how much exact science has been done on the topic, but I would primarily just play around with sodium, potassium, and magnesium until you are feeling better.

Electrolyte mix for long training sessions - Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium pills, Eggshells to make electrolyte drink

@leao I think you could probably up your magnesium intake. I believe RDA is over 400 mg, so if you're exercising/sweating a lot, you might need more. When I did keto, adding a magnesium supplement was a game-changer for me in terms of how I felt and performed.

    H+M CrossFit Apparel

@antonio99 I'm pretty sure that H&M is sued somewhat regularly for ripping off art from Etsy and various other places around the internet. Illegally using "CrossFit" wouldn't surprise me. The shirts will all be sold and replaced with something else so fast that I think HQ wouldn't have time to...

Help a beginner figure out how the workout works

@derek1933 In the workout described, everything is to be performed one after another without any built-in rest. Now, if you're completely out of breath, you can break to catch your breath, but the idea is you should pace yourself so that you can continue working continuously as fast as possible...
