    @stefanoseppie I did the same thing, S&S will not give you the volume or variety to maintain your current gains. KBs are great and there's a bunch of good stuff you can do, but I would recommend keeping up with your Bodyweight chest exercises, as that is one area that KBs don't really hit well...

    @kampell I'm 6'4 with long arms, and I haven't had a problem with that and I'm using 26s when I do doubles.
