    @vinod367 Calisthenics more commonly have multiple ways to progress. Make the exercise harder or add weight It's basically Larsen press 225 with a slow eccentric or touch and go bench 275. Doesn't matter really just work hard

    @niceguy4jesus Yea I could see it even in a minimalist routine, just leave the resistance bands or rings on the pull up bar and bang out a set during the day too

    @peterjames If you're doing 3 days a week there's no way I'd do PPL
