@dale1257 I just don’t understand why everyone acts like DB snatch and deadlift test the same thing or burpees over a DB are somehow comparable to double unders.
I do understand that the movement pattern is similar but the demands are not the same.
@theinformer At my gym we hinge at least twice a week.
It’s not that big of a deal.
Just do the work to the best of your capacity.
Do yall complain to your programmer every time yall repeat a pattern?
