    Honestly feel like the protein numbers that are given regularly are complete bullshit

    @bronsontaur This figure is probably more for elite athletes or people on juice. I also believe lean body mass should be the figure not total body weight. I get around .7 and sometimes a bit lower and have been doing well

    Is 3 hours in the gym too much?

    @asdtmr12 It's too long for a natural but that's if you are working hard.

    What Apps do y’all use to track your meals/calories nowadays?

    @ensea12 I'm a dinosaur. I use my calculator 😂

    What are your personal indicators to NOT hit the gym?

    @faithvision Exactly, but pushing yourself and getting injured can set you back months.

    What are your personal indicators to NOT hit the gym?

    @danielcraigsuper This happened to me yesterday. Push day. I started with a warm up on DB bench and half way through the warm up with 70 lbs. the tendon in my front shoulder I injured a couple years back started acting up. I just did all isolation moves and some cardio and went home.

    For hypertrophy, would it be a good idea to start heavy at a weight I can do 5-6 reps with until the number gets double digit'd?

    @revbillw It's always good to find out sooner rather than later. I wasn't doing 195 until I was curling 45's for about 10 reps. Also, I don't like doing heavy curls anymore. I prefer high reps.

    Bulking and van driving

    @bc1 Man, you do sound dialed in and this is great, but you getting into a car wreck, potentially, could do greater harm... hmmm.. I wonder if chewing gum can help someone stay awake at the wheel? You have to be physically moving, albeit minimally, to chew the gum. I wonder if some little hack...

    Bulking and van driving

    @bc1 I'm on ADHD meds, and even then, I still get kind of sleepy on long drives. Of course, I'm not taking them for energy, and I've been taking them for years now, so it's not the same as someone who never takes them taking them.

    Bulking and van driving

    @bc1 Oh shit! Okay, so I am now reading about how chewing gum can, in fact, help people stay more attention and alert in periods of boredom, like driving!

    Bulking and van driving

    @bc1 I would up my caffiene if you haven't hit the 400mg a day safe limit. If you have to go a bit over, it beats driving tired. Regardless of the sleep scores, I would raise that bare minimum of sleep to 7.
