@raykay True yes. And thankfully I don't think it's the same in this community where the misconception is we should always train for soreness. This is good and I saw Fitness FAQ video of the 7 7 7.
@divinelove795 For me I work 9-12hrs so I make sure to train what I can when I get home or at least do it in the weekend and then one day of the weekday I do a workout. Do what you can bud. 😁
@fbgah I made a mistake. I guess 50th percentile but they don't consider weight at all so it's honestly hard to measure. So I can't tell if I am doing good. Man I wish they had weight factored.
@fbgah so I'm guess I'm around the 75th percentile? thought height and weight would be different being I'm over 200lbs
Im concerned on my health really.
@fbgah Ah man I'm over it!
The page isn't there weirdly enough. I tried googling a random chart but don't know how reliable it is. I appreciate the effort you put into this so I wanna see where I rank
@fbgah Where do I compare my results?
I was able to complete 52. I then multiplied by .2 and then added 36 and got 46.4. where does my weight, height and age come into play?
Hope to get a response as I want to know where I'm at.
@atheautistic If it makes you feel better I have big cheeks but I would say it was unintentional. Apparently wrestling, squats and decent genetics gave me cheeks my my sister and exes envied. When I'm off work I'll share with the class.
