    Squats: How far do you go down?

    @betsy789 My reco is to watch some squat university videos on youtube or Instagram. He has a wealth of knowledge for squats. I starting doing squats ass to grass, and my lesson is to make sure you do enough mobility warm ups, activate glutes at the bottom, and progress slowly at first.

    My 4 month recomp effort after 2 year pandemic hiatus

    @denise4god This was a really good write up and pretty awesome progress. Our journeys are so similar. Had around the same precovid numbers, I also took a huge break during lock downs and just go back to it in december. I am almost back to my precovid stats, and even got better squat mobility...
