    @te15 Hey, I tried it today but felt the load on top of my shoulders while pushing it downwards. Can you link or upload a video showing how to correctly perform it? Something that guides how to perform instead of just visually portraying it?

    @sweetkaka This could be a guess. Since 3 weeks I am sleeping 4-5 hours at night and rest I'm completing by taking a Nap during the day. So overall 6-8 hours are reached but in intervals.

    @constantine1946 I mean haven't heard any research about it on human. And my sleep is disturbed mainly because of the schedule, not because of creatine I guess.

    @enahs4him I got it checked from a doctor and its an issue of breath catch. Advised to take a rest for 2-3 days and lower the intensity

    @grandma2 No preworkout, or no caffeine at all during the day. And there is no fixed preworkout meal. Most of the time I eat a small meal ( say 1.5 roti OR half a bowl of rice) some 45-60 mins before workout. I dont actively focus on my breath. Never did. And it doesnt feel like an breathing...

    @mombis I have never consumed Caffeine in my life and intend to do so so preworkouts/coffee is not an option. Simple carbs like Banana or Rice I can include. I mean my weight has stayed within the same range for 2-3 months so maybe I'm at maintainance where I'm loosing some fat but gaining...

    @doodlum1 Depends on your diet. Vitamin B12, Vitamin D are the most common ones which are found to deficient.

    @doodlum1 Yes bro. Protein is quintessential whether you lift or not. It just changes the quantity. Make sure you hit your Protein target, eat a balanced diet. Also get your Vitamins and Magnesium levels tasted.

    @te15 I consume around 100 grams of Tofu everyday? Should I avoid it completely? Does consuming less protein than consuming it from Tofu also stands true?
