    @doodlum1 Depends on your diet. Vitamin B12, Vitamin D are the most common ones which are found to deficient.

    @doodlum1 Yes bro. Protein is quintessential whether you lift or not. It just changes the quantity. Make sure you hit your Protein target, eat a balanced diet. Also get your Vitamins and Magnesium levels tasted.

    @te15 I consume around 100 grams of Tofu everyday? Should I avoid it completely? Does consuming less protein than consuming it from Tofu also stands true?
