    @divinity3 Take a look at the World Health Organization’s recommendations for sugar intake. You are likely over. My guess is that you are insulin resistant if those are your symptoms.

    @psalms91forme You want unconventional suggestions, here’s one. Let yourself freeze. This winter, dress less and shiver. This will increase your BMR.

    @blessedotty Right! The same guidelines say you can cut the aerobic time in half by performing HIT , 75 total minutes. That leaves plenty of time to do the two to three weekly resistance sessions also recommended by the guidelines.

    What is the most optimal weight for me?

    @pastorgarymartin What is your fitness level? Can you do ten pull up’s? Forty good pushups? Thirty sit-ups? Focus on fitness, not weight.
