I fing hate protein shakes. How do I eat enough gains?

@newbee3 You could always throw a scoop of pea protein into 20oz+ of water. It really dilutes the taste and texture, mostly tastes just off of normal water taste. I use Sprouts pea protein and if I use just water it's pretty easy. At 120 cals per, it's very low calorie for a shot of 27-30g...

How do you eat enough protein without feeling disgustingly full be the end of the day?

@tryn2getright Every day is a new day to get back in to your routine! My wife and I have been at a destination wedding this week, I'm ready to get back and get a good workout in! I think my app will deload me, but it will be fine to get back at it.

How do you eat enough protein without feeling disgustingly full be the end of the day?

@tryn2getright I agree. The sedentary part is a huge thing. 2 years of consistent exercise will change the OP's life and body. My wife recently began walking 10k steps a day and strength training 2x a week with me for a work challenge thing, she's down about a pound a week and she is loving it...

    Dealing with tofu/tempeh/soy milk prices

@aptiv245 I am not seeing it in Las Vegas, tofu is like $1.99 and Soy Milk is usually $2.50 per half gallon at my Smiths grocery here. I'm a Realtor here if you want to move down, I can help you find a place to BUY or rent!

    Cutting and protein pwdr question

@ryannap2203 The cronometer app is mostly free you can track food and figure out what's what in regards to calories. Also I like Naked Pea protein, it's not flashy, it's good price per pound, gets the job done. If you have access to Sprouts, they have a pea protein isolate for super cheap per...

Easy ways to add protein to my diet?

@rubertnrubert I dont think adding a scoop of naked pea into an 8oz glass of soy milk is that bad. Doing that once or twice per day will add 200/400 calories and ~35-70g of protein.

What’s the vegan equivalent of the “chicken, broccoli, and rice” meal for the vegan crowd?

@jjsbergy I can eat the same stuff all the time as well, my wife however won't even eat leftovers. It's occasionally a point of contention when she wants me to make food. God forbid I start the rice cooker lol.

What’s the vegan equivalent of the “chicken, broccoli, and rice” meal for the vegan crowd?

@styrmir I had just run across Brian Turner's seitan recipe a while ago on YouTube. It's pretty simple, and for me, a dude who as an omni bought more cheap delivery pizza than anyone he knows, simple is really good.

What’s the vegan equivalent of the “chicken, broccoli, and rice” meal for the vegan crowd?

@lavendar I got some Anthony's vital wheat gluten from Amazon, 4lbs for $20. Or I like Upton Naturals seitan if I'm buying pre-packaged. I'd be interested to hear about more options too.
