    @aleon Tbh my comment wasn't supposed to be super deep either. If people genuinely aren't attracted to someone that's not a big deal.     @harrantion I'm impressed with anyone who lifts with great form and puts forth dedicated effort. Are big numbers cool? Sure, but a ugly big number is not as impressive to me as a lesser one with solid technique.

    C+J Movement Standard

    @oktheology I lift it to the OLY standard as best i can. I rather ingrain the form and movement how it is specialized rather than save 1-2 seconds.
