    @ratherchilly It doesn’t tell you how many in macros you need a day. I have a Fitbit and the app. It just tracks calories burned and what you eat AKA calories in/calories out.

    @wickedwoman Can’t do keto, I have high sensitivity to most dietary fats unfortunately. But will do, been eating better and seeing some results!
